Delivery Address
At Orlando Comfort, we aim to deliver your bespoke bed exactly where you need it. The order will be dispatched to an address specified by you, which can differ from the invoice address. This flexibility allows you to request delivery to alternative locations such as your office or a friend’s home.
However, please note that our delivery services are currently limited to postal addresses located in mainland UK. As of now, we regretfully cannot offer delivery to any territories or islands outside of Mainland UK. This restriction is in place due to logistical constraints, and we are actively working on expanding our delivery areas to serve you better.

Delivery Time
After placing an order, our team works efficiently to ensure that your product is manufactured to your specifications and delivered to your doorstep. Please allow for a delivery timeframe of 7-10 working days. As bespoke goods take a lot of time to produce, it may take between 2-4 weeks.
Delivery Schedule
We understand your eagerness to receive your new furniture, hence we ensure quick and timely deliveries. Our deliveries are typically completed from Monday to Friday, between 7 am and 7 pm, excluding Bank Holidays.
Order Confirmation & Delivery Scheduling
Once you’ve placed an order, we will reach out to you to confirm your order details. We will then schedule your delivery based on your preferred date and time, within our delivery hours.
Access Consideration
When ordering from Orlando Comfort, we want to ensure that your new bespoke bed fits perfectly within your home. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that the furniture you have ordered will indeed fit into your intended space.
Before confirming your order, we strongly recommend that you carefully measure the space where your furniture will be placed. Please also take the time to consider the access points and the route our delivery team will take to reach its final destination. This includes doorways, staircases, elevators, and any tight corners or corridors.
We understand that measuring and anticipating delivery routes can sometimes be tricky, which is why our dedicated customer service team is always here to help. Delivery Checks
At Orlando Comfort, the quality of our products is paramount. We are committed to delivering bespoke beds that meet your specifications and exceed your expectations.
Before any furniture leaves our premises, it undergoes a rigorous quality assessment to ensure it matches your order specifications. Our Sleep Team is meticulous, and we take pride in the high-quality workmanship of our products.
However, while it’s rare, there may be instances of damage or inaccuracies. That’s why we request that you inspect your products upon delivery and after our Sleep Team has assembled them. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your new bed and that it’s in excellent condition.
To confirm the successful delivery and assembly of your products, you will need to sign a delivery confirmation. This indicates that you’ve received the products in excellent condition and according to your specifications.
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your products, or if you notice any issues, please inform our delivery team right away. Alternatively, you can contact us directly at your earliest convenience so that we can promptly address any concerns. We strive to ensure your experience with Orlando Comfort is as comfortable and seamless as possible.
Failed Deliveries
We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. If you are not able to accept a delivery as scheduled, please notify us as soon as possible. Please note, there is a delivery recharge of £60 for a missed delivery on bespoke goods. This is to cover the cost of rescheduling and ensuring that your furniture gets to you in perfect condition.
