These are the Orlando Comfort Standard Terms and Conditions, which govern how you may use Orlando Comfort as stated on orlandocomfort.co.uk.

These terms will be strictly adhered to and have an impact on how you use this Orlando Comfort. You agreed to accept all of the terms and conditions listed here by using Orlando Comfort. Overview

All our beds are bespoke and personalised for you and as such as exempt from the cooling off period you usually get with ordering online. In the unlikely event you change your mind, please notify us at the first instance by email quoting your order number and we will try our best to come to an amenable resolution.

You will have 24 hours to make changes to your order, once placing an order with us. No changes will be accepted after this. Any cancellations will be subject to the cancellation fee.

All our beds are lovingly handcrafted and made here in the United Kingdom. We spend hours designing and making all the furniture bespoke for you. The lead time from order to delivery can vary depending on the product requirements but we quote 2-4 weeks from order to receive your wonderful masterpieces.

It is important that you check the dimensions will accommodate your property and access to the destination room, as sizes can be altered prior to production. Please note there will be a general tolerance of a few inches as the items are handmade. We can also split headboards if you are wishing to have the size listed but are unsure of whether it will fit. This would fall under alterations and it’s best to email us prior to ordering if this is required.

Once the item is manufactured, we will not be held responsible for incorrect measurements, if in doubt go for the alteration.

Moreover, if the dimensions of the bed are not listed on the product listing, it is your responsibility to either contact us via e-mail. All dimensions are approximate and may have a variance of up to 5%.

1. Delivery Information

1.1 Estimated Delivery Time: Our estimated delivery time for most orders is between 7-10 working days. However as our beds are bespoke it may take between 2-4 weeks. We strive to adhere to these times; however, in case of unforeseen circumstances, these timelines may change. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

1.2 Tracking Your Delivery: Upon confirming your order, you will either be provided with a tracking reference number or contacted with a nominated delivery day, allowing you to track and be ready for your delivery.

1.3 Missed Deliveries: In the event that a delivery attempt fails due to customer absence or incorrect delivery information, there will be a redelivery charge of £60 (only for beds). Please ensure that your contact information and address are accurate at the time of order placement.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Unwanted Items: We will not be able to accept returns for unwanted bespoke goods like the beds unless damaged. All of our accessories, however,  are subject to the 14 day return window inline with policy guidelines.

2.2 Defective Items: In the event that you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable solution, which may include repairing the item, replacing it, or issuing a new one.

3. Product Dimensions and Tolerances

3.1 Our products are handmade, which contributes to their unique qualities. However, this may result in slight variations in the dimensions of the final product. As such, please allow for a tolerance of +/-10cm on all sizes.

4. General Provisions

4.1 The above Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Orlando Comfort.

4.2 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of the Orlando Comfort website following any such changes constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed.

5. Damages/issues

5.1 If your bed has arrived damaged, please email us quoting the order reference number along with photographs of the issue. It is imperative we get photos so we can ensure any damage in transit does not reoccur.

We will seek to:
a) Replace the damaged part, if a part is damaged.
b) Replace the item, if the full item is not usable.
c) A collection of the faulty item and a full refund.

Free Swatch Terms and Conditions

Quantity –

You are allowed to select up to four (4) free swatches from our offerings. Please ensure that only four swatches are chosen for each order. If more than four swatches are selected, we may not be able to fulfil your request. We reserve the right to limit or decline orders that do not adhere to this requirement.

Delivery

Delivery of these free swatches is provided at no cost to you. After your selection, please allow up to four (4) business days for the delivery of your swatches. Orlando Comfort cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure to deliver your swatches within this time frame due to circumstances beyond our control.

Please do not return your unwanted swatches

Please note that returns are not accepted for the free swatches. The purpose of these swatches is to assist you in making a well-informed decision regarding your purchase. Once you have received your selected swatches, they are yours to keep.

Changes to the Free Swatch Terms and Conditions
Orlando Comfort reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Free Swatch Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
